A few weeks ago there was a thin layer of ice on my car. I lifted up the windshield wipers to loosen them up, but when I turned on the wipers the driver's side didn't move. I turned the wipers off and tried lifting them again. The drivers side will not move now unless I put the wiper arm in the "up" position (like if you were cleaning your windshield) it will turn, but it is really sloppy. Any ideas how to fix it?
